Finish the school week at The Spirit Oasis — Island Spirit Cayman’s new inclusive after-school club for children aged 4–10 years.
The Spirit Oasis provides a small, supportive space where children can move, play, connect with others and develop skills to help them regulate their bodies and emotions.
Each 90-minute session will include a mixture of:
🏃 Alerting activities – movement and active play to get bodies moving
🧘 Calming activities – opportunities to slow down, breathe, relax and reset
🤝 Collaborative games – building confidence, communication and connections with others
💛 Self-regulation strategies – practical tools children can begin to recognise and use in everyday life
Activities are designed to be inclusive and adaptable, allowing children to participate at their own level and in their own way.
Our aim? For children to leave feeling connected, confident and ready for the weekend.
📅 Fridays – 6-week blocks
⏰ 4:30–6:00pm
🚀 Launch session: Friday 21st August
📍 Vital Spinbar & Yogaden, Harbour Walk, Grand Harbour
🎟️ CI$20 per child, per session
Spaces are intentionally limited to keep groups small and supportive.
