The Ministry of Tourism in the Cayman Islands paved the way for the International Scuba Diving Hall of Fame to be established in 2000. Our founders are leaders in diving from the Cayman Islands and the United States. Since our inaugural class of 17, we have brought our newest members out for a stay on our islands and a ceremony in their honor—the ISDHF partners with the Historical Diving Society.

These members maintain the high standards of our organization and oversee our annual ceremonies. They are internationally recognized for their contributions above and below the surface.
