7:00AM- 7:30AM – Check in for All Fitness Acitivites. (HIIT/ PILATES/ YOGA/ RUN & RAVE)

6:25AM Breathwork & Sound Bowl Healing By Vanni & Michelle

7:30 AM – 8:30 AM Fitness Activities:

– Pilates by The Pool with FORM

– Workout with Vic

– Yoga on the Beach by Tash

– 5km Run & Rave (With Live DJ)
