Staff Booking Services:

EventPro offers highly trained and reliable event staff to support your needs.

Bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability.

Please review and agree to the terms in our Staff Booking Agreement, including payment requirements and waivers of liability.

Service and Equipment Rentals:

We provide a wide range of rental services to make your event a success.

Rented equipment must be returned in proper working condition. Refunds are processed only after equipment is returned and inspected. Please note that credit card machine rentals are subject to a 5% processing fee.

Review the Service Booking Agreement for detailed terms regarding responsibility for damages and indemnification.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event are non-refundable.

Payment Terms:

The total booking fee must be paid in advance unless prior written approval has been granted to bill charges directly to the event. Booking is not secured until invoice has been paid or it is an approved event charge.

Waiver of Liability:

The Client acknowledges that EventPro and its staff are not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or losses that occur during the event.

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless EventPro, its employees, and contractors against any claims arising from the event, including but not limited to injuries or damages incurred by event participants.

Booking Requirements:

All bookings must be submitted at least 48 hours in advance.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the event will render the booking non-refundable.

Governing Law:

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Cayman Islands.

Acknowledgment:

Responsibility for Damages:

The Client is responsible for any damages to rented equipment during the event.

The Client agrees to reimburse EventPro for repair or replacement costs associated with any damages.

Equipment Return:

No funds will be released until the rented equipment is returned to EventPro in proper working order.

Credit Card Machine rentals are subject to a 5% credit card processing fee.

Indemnification:

EventPro is not responsible for any incidents, damages, or injuries that occur during the event. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless EventPro, its employees, and contractors from any claims or liabilities arising from the event.
