Any Event with the EventPro Refund Guarantee Badge on the Event Page is fully covered by the EventPro Refund Guarantee.
In the case that an event covered by the EventPro Refund Guarantee is Cancelled or Postponed as a result of a COVID-19 outbreak or any other COVID-19 concern that can potentially jeopardize public health, Attendees can request a full refund* which will be processed within 24 Hours.
The EventPro Refund Guarantee is different from and does not affect the EventPro Ticket Insurance which offers protection should you not be able to attend an event for any of the listed reasons.

*Organizers have 60 days to issue a new date for postponed events, after which a 30 window for refunds will open
