Hey There, We want to make this process easy for you. There are a couple of bits of information we'll need to process your application. Once we have them, we can do the rest! All we need is Your Order Number Supporting evidence for your reason for application – please see your terms and conditions for further information. (Remember that if you have a medical document – like a letter from the doctors – it has to be on letterheaded paper from a recognized professional entity and stamped or signed.) And that’s it! We’ll need them within 5 days from the date you create an application.

Is your event cancelled?
If your event is cancelled please contact the event organizer about any potential refund. We will not provide a refund if the event is cancelled - it is the responsibility of the event organiser in this case.
Are you not attending an event because you are worried about getting coronavirus?
We will only provide a refund in the event that you have an illness (coronavirus or any other). We will require a doctor's note to evidence your application. We will not refund unless you can provide evidence of your illness.
Has your government restricted travel?
We will not provide a refund in the event that travel is restricted by your government.

We are unable to answer questions about specific events. Please contact your event organizer for any general questions about the event.
