We keep account, transaction, and compliance records for as long as your account is active and as required by law. Support files and logs are retained for the shortest time needed to operate the service. When you request deletion, we remove live records within 7 days and purge backups within 6 months, except where retention is legally required.Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the risk, including encryption in transit, access controls, and monitoring. No method is perfectly secure.Your rights and choices

You can request account deletion by emailing [email protected] or through the app Account menu. Deleting your account removes your profile, tokens, and preferences from live systems within 7 days, and from backups within 6 months, except for records we must keep by law.Children
EventPro is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.International transfers
We process data in the Cayman Islands and other countries where our providers operate. By using EventPro you consent to international transfers as permitted by applicable law.Organizer responsibilities
If you are an event organizer, you must comply with applicable data protection laws and provide your own privacy disclosures to attendees whose data you receive through EventPro.Changes to this policy

• Ensure there is an obvious “Delete my account” and “Download my data” contact path on the page and within the app’s Account screen.
• Recheck your Data Safety form so the categories match this policy.
• In Play Console, use the exact URL, save, and resubmit the Policy review.
