**Giveaway Terms and Conditions**
1. **Eligibility**:
To be eligible for entry, participants must:
– Have an existing EventPro account with at least two (2) completed orders placed by September 18, 2024.
– Be following an organizer on the EventPro mobile app or website during the promotional period.
– New EventPro accounts created after September 18, 2024, do not qualify for this giveaway.
2. **Multiple Entries**:
Patrons may enter the giveaway more than once. Each follow of a different organizer counts as one (1) entry. There is no limit to the number of organizers a participant can follow, provided each follow is valid under the terms outlined.
3. **Exclusions**:
Accounts with zero or fewer than two (2) completed orders as of September 18, 2024, and newly created accounts after this date are not eligible to participate. EventPro reserves the right to disqualify any accounts found to be created fraudulently or in violation of these terms.
4. **Giveaway Period**:
The giveaway entry period runs from the start date 18 September 2024 until October 18, 2024, at 11:59 PM Cayman Time.
5. **Random Drawing**:
The drawing will take place on Friday, October 18, 2024, at Midnight Cayman Time. The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.
6. **Notification of Winner**:
The winner will be notified via their registered EventPro account email within 48 hours of the drawing. If the winner does not respond within 7 days of the notification, a new winner will be selected.
7. **General Conditions**:
EventPro reserves the right to modify or cancel the giveaway at any time without notice. By participating, entrants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
