  There is no fee to utilize our platform to create or manage events.

• How do I make my event Live immediately?

  You Can make your event LIVE immediately but selecting the “Make event Public” button on the event dashboard.

  

• How do I fix a page not loading?

  If you are on a computer Ctrl F5 (or Ctrl + F5) reloads the current page including the browser cache. It’s called Hard reload.

  If you are on a Mobile Device, force close the app and reopen and try again.

• How Do I Edit Ticket Expiration Date/Time?

• What is your ticketing fee?

  Ticketing Fees vary depending on your ticket price, account type, and are subject to change. You can review the current ticketing fees on our merchant agreement, which terms must be accepted prior to creating an event and/or ticket(s).
