WORKSHOP: Business Risk Assessments For VASPs

As relevant financial businesses, VASPs are required to identify and document the financial crime risks that they face via a financial crime BRA.

This workshop will provide practical guidance for VASPs on the creation and maintenance of BRAs, a key tool to assist them in:

 Identifying and assessing the levels of financial crime risk they are exposed to
Informing their approach to ongoing risk management; and
Identifying the controls they have in place and whether these need to be enhanced or supplemented
