Watch as our chefs take center stage at live fire stations, showcasing masterful techniques over jerk cages, wood-burning grills, and open flames. Indulge in an expansive station-style feast, featuring tender meats, fresh seafood, vegetarian options and smoky, spice-infused dishes that pay homage to the best of Latin and Caribbean flavors.

Event includes reserved seating, all you can eat extensive buffet, dessert stations, live music under the stars, fire performance, kids activities, kids buffet, fire pits and service charge for the staff.
