EVENTPRO TERMS & CONDITIONS
Last Updated: 09 October 2026
Effective Date: 09 October 2026. These Terms apply to all access to and use of the Services on and after the Effective Date.
1. Who We Are
1.1 EventPro
Welcome to EventPro.
EventPro is operated by JRC Investments Ltd., a company incorporated in the Cayman Islands with registration number 121064, trading as EventPro, whose registered office is at 2454, West Bay Road, Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands.
Throughout these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”), references to “EventPro,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refer to JRC Investments Ltd. trading as EventPro, and its successors and permitted assigns.
EventPro provides online and mobile ticketing, event discovery, event registration, event management, and related technology services.
1.2 Our Platforms and Services
These Terms govern access to and use of:
a. EventPro’s websites, domains, subdomains, webpages, and related online properties, including eventpro.ky and eventproapp.com (collectively, the “Site”);
b. EventPro’s mobile applications, ticketing applications, scanning applications, and associated software (collectively, the “Applications”);
c. EventPro’s event management, ticket management, entry management, reporting, and related administrative platforms;
d. EventPro’s application programming interfaces (APIs), integrations, software interfaces, and associated technology services; and
e. All additional services, functionality, content, and features provided by EventPro through these platforms.
These are collectively referred to as the “Services.”
EventPro enables registered event organizers, promoters, planners, charitable organizations, and other authorized parties (“Hosts”) to publish and manage events, issue registrations, and sell or distribute tickets.
Individuals who browse events, purchase tickets, register for events, or otherwise engage with the Services are referred to as “Attendees.”
Hosts, Attendees, account holders, visitors, and any other person or entity that accesses the Services by any means, including by automated means, whether or not they hold an account, are collectively referred to as “Users” or “you.”
Where an individual, developer, contractor, agent, or service provider accesses the Services on behalf of a business or other organization, “you” includes both that individual and that business or organization, and each is responsible for that access.
2. Acceptance of Terms
2.1 Agreement to Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the Services, you acknowledge these Terms and agree to be bound by them to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Where EventPro requires express acceptance, including during account registration, checkout, or access to particular Services, your acceptance constitutes agreement to the applicable Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Services.
These Terms are made available through a link on every page of the Site and within the Applications. Accessing or continuing to access the Services on or after the Effective Date, or after receiving notice of these Terms from EventPro by any means (including by email, letter, an on-screen or HTTP response, a block or access challenge, or a published crawler directive), constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
When registering for an account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information and to update that information when necessary.
2.2 Additional Agreements and Policies
These Terms operate alongside EventPro’s Privacy Policy, applicable merchant agreements, API terms, event-specific policies, and other agreements expressly incorporated into your use of the Services.
Additional terms may apply to particular Services, programs, or business relationships.
Where a separate written agreement executed by EventPro expressly authorizes activities otherwise restricted by these Terms, that agreement governs those activities to the extent of the authorization granted.
2.3 Changes to Terms
EventPro may revise these Terms to reflect changes in its Services, operational requirements, security practices, or applicable law.
Updated Terms will be published on the Site with a revised update date and Effective Date. Continued access to or use of the Services on or after that Effective Date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Where required by applicable law or an existing agreement, EventPro will provide additional notice or obtain renewed acceptance before material changes take effect.
Changes apply prospectively and do not, by themselves, establish a breach in respect of conduct completed before the updated Terms became effective.
3. Use of the Services
3.1 Limited Right of Access
Subject to compliance with these Terms, EventPro grants Users a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable right to access and use the Services for their intended purposes.
Permitted purposes include:
a. Browsing event listings and discovering events;
b. Purchasing tickets, registering for events, and managing purchases;
c. Accessing and presenting valid tickets or registrations;
d. Creating, promoting, administering, and managing events as an authorized Host; and
e. Using other functionality expressly made available by EventPro.
Access to the Services does not transfer ownership of EventPro’s software, technology, content, intellectual property, or systems.
Unless expressly permitted by EventPro or applicable law, Users must not:
a. Copy, reproduce, modify, translate, adapt, or create derivative works of the Services or their underlying software;
b. Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover protected source code or internal system architecture;
c. Rent, lease, sublicense, resell, or commercially exploit the Services outside their intended functionality;
d. Remove or alter copyright notices, trademarks, or other proprietary identifiers;
e. Interfere with, disrupt, or impair the operation or security of the Services;
f. Access or use the Services for purposes prohibited by Section 7.3, including unauthorized automated data collection, scraping, aggregation, or republication; or
g. Extract credentials, keys, tokens, endpoints, or other access mechanisms from the Applications or the Site, or use them to access any API or interface of the Services other than through the official Site and Applications as intended.
The right of access granted in this Section is revocable. EventPro may revoke it for any person or entity at any time, by notice or by technical measures, and any access after revocation is unauthorized.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved by EventPro.
3.2 Mobile Applications
EventPro may provide access to certain Services through mobile applications.
Use of such Applications is subject to these Terms and any additional applicable application-store or platform requirements.
EventPro may modify, update, discontinue, restrict, or withdraw access to Applications in accordance with these Terms.
4. EventPro’s Role
4.1 Event Listing and Ticketing Platform
EventPro provides technology that allows Hosts to advertise, administer, and sell tickets or registrations to events.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, EventPro is not the organizer, producer, operator, or owner of events published by third-party Hosts.
The relevant Host is responsible for the event, including its organization, lawful operation, accuracy of event information, and delivery of advertised goods or services.
Hosts must ensure that event listings, ticket sales, promotional information, and event activities comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
4.2 Fees and Charges
Creating an account, listing an event, and browsing the Services are generally free unless otherwise specified.
EventPro charges applicable fees in connection with paid tickets, registrations, or other chargeable Services.
Fees may vary according to individual agreements between EventPro and Hosts.
Hosts may elect to absorb applicable fees or pass them to Attendees as part of the purchase price or as separately disclosed charges.
Additional charges may include processing fees, facility fees, royalties, taxes, fulfillment charges, and other event-related fees, where applicable.
The amounts charged to Attendees may therefore differ from EventPro’s standard Host fees.
Certain fees contribute toward EventPro’s costs of providing the Services and may include an element of profit.
EventPro does not control charges imposed by financial institutions, card issuers, or third-party payment providers, including currency conversion fees and international transaction charges.
Users are responsible for reviewing any applicable charges before completing a purchase.
4.3 Refunds and Disputes
Ticket and registration transactions are entered into with the relevant Host, subject to the applicable event terms, refund conditions, and legal requirements.
Attendees seeking a refund should first contact the Host responsible for the event.
If a Host does not respond within two business days, or a dispute remains unresolved, the Attendee or Host may contact EventPro for assistance.
EventPro may, at its discretion, assist in communicating with the parties or facilitating a resolution.
EventPro is not responsible for a Host’s failure to issue a refund, except where responsibility arises under applicable law or an express agreement.
EventPro does not guarantee that mediation will result in a refund or other particular outcome.
Any refund remains subject to applicable event terms, payment processing requirements, and relevant legal obligations.
5. Accounts, Passwords and Security
5.1 Account Registration
Certain Services require an account.
Users must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information and maintain that information throughout their use of the Services.
Where an account is established on behalf of a business or organization, the individual registering represents that they have authority to act on that entity’s behalf.
EventPro may investigate disputed account ownership and, where reasonably necessary, suspend access pending resolution.
EventPro may refuse service, restrict accounts, remove content, or cancel transactions where permitted by these Terms and applicable law.
5.2 Account Security
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials.
Account holders are responsible for activity conducted through their accounts, including activity by authorized sub-users, subject to applicable law.
Users must promptly notify EventPro of suspected unauthorized access, compromised credentials, or security incidents affecting their accounts.
Users must not share credentials with unauthorized individuals or systems, or use account access to circumvent restrictions imposed by EventPro.
5.3 Age Restrictions
Users must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction, to independently use the Services.
Individuals below the age of majority may use the Services only with the involvement and authorization of a parent or legal guardian.
Children under 13 years of age may not use the Services.
6. Content and Intellectual Property
6.1 EventPro Site Content
The Services contain information, software, databases, text, editorial content, event listings, graphics, photographs, videos, designs, branding, formatting, audiovisual content, and other materials (collectively, “Content”).
Content made available through the Services is referred to as “Site Content.”
Site Content may be owned by EventPro or licensed, supplied, or otherwise made available by Hosts and third parties.
EventPro’s original software, designs, branding, editorial materials, and qualifying compilations are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The selection, arrangement, and compilation of event listings, schedules, venues, ticket types, prices, and availability on the Services results from EventPro’s substantial investment and is protected to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Except as expressly permitted by EventPro in writing, through the intended functionality of the Services, or by applicable law, Users must not:
a. Reproduce, distribute, license, sell, or commercially exploit protected Site Content;
b. Republish or redistribute Site Content through another website, application, platform, database, or service;
c. Create unauthorized derivative works based on protected Site Content;
d. Remove copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices; or
e. Extract or systematically reuse Site Content in violation of Section 7.3.
The fact that Site Content is publicly accessible does not, by itself, grant permission for automated extraction, bulk collection, or commercial republication through the Services.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of independently existing facts or of content belonging to third-party rights holders.
All intellectual property rights not expressly granted are reserved by their respective owners.
6.2 User-Submitted Content
Users may submit or make available event descriptions, images, logos, promotional materials, event details, and other content (“Your Content”).
By providing Your Content, you grant EventPro a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, display, publish, distribute, modify, translate, and adapt Your Content as necessary or appropriate to operate, provide, promote, and improve the Services, including EventPro’s marketing activities.
This license does not transfer ownership of Your Content to EventPro.
Users retain their underlying ownership rights and may continue to use their content independently of EventPro.
You represent and warrant that:
a. You have the necessary rights and permissions to submit Your Content and grant the license described above;
b. Your Content does not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights of third parties;
c. Your Content is accurate and does not contain materially misleading information; and
d. Your Content complies with applicable laws and these Terms.
EventPro may review, modify, restrict, or remove User Content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
Users also authorize EventPro to identify their business or organization as a current or former customer, including reasonable use of business names and logos in promotional materials, subject to applicable agreements and law.
6.3 Feedback and Improvements
Users may provide suggestions, reports, recommendations, or other feedback concerning the Services (“Feedback”).
EventPro may use Feedback to develop, improve, modify, or enhance its Services without compensation or obligation to the person providing the Feedback.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Users assign to EventPro any transferable intellectual property rights they may hold in Feedback or improvements developed specifically from such Feedback.
Users agree to provide reasonable assistance in documenting those rights where necessary.
7. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities
7.1 General Restrictions
Users are responsible for content and activities they conduct through the Services.
Users must not use the Services to:
a. Upload, publish, transmit, or distribute unlawful, defamatory, threatening, abusive, harassing, obscene, discriminatory, or otherwise prohibited material;
b. Harm or exploit minors;
c. Conduct unauthorized gambling, lotteries, raffles, sweepstakes, or other regulated prize-related activities;
d. Impersonate another person, organization, or EventPro representative;
e. Misrepresent affiliations, forge identifiers, or conceal the origin of communications;
f. Disclose confidential, proprietary, or legally protected information without authorization;
g. Infringe intellectual property or other rights belonging to third parties;
h. Promote unrelated goods or services through event-listing functionality without authorization;
i. Introduce malware, malicious code, or other software intended to compromise, disrupt, or interfere with the Services;
j. Interfere with servers, networks, applications, APIs, or other technical infrastructure supporting the Services;
k. Conduct unauthorized vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, network scanning, or attempts to bypass authentication or security controls;
l. Circumvent technological measures used to protect accounts, transactions, content, or personal information;
m. Solicit Users through the Services to move transactions to competing platforms in violation of applicable agreements;
n. Publish event listings for the purpose of directing purchasers to external payment channels to avoid applicable EventPro fees;
o. Violate applicable laws relating to tickets, consumer protection, privacy, payments, or other regulated activities;
p. Resell tickets or registrations in violation of applicable event restrictions or law;
q. Collect payment card information, security codes, financial account information, government identification numbers, medical information, or other sensitive personal information outside authorized and compliant functionality;
r. Stalk, intimidate, or harass another person or organization; or
s. Engage in unauthorized automated access, data scraping, data harvesting, content aggregation, or commercial republication prohibited by Section 7.3.
7.2 Monitoring and Remedial Rights
EventPro is not obligated to pre-screen all User Content.
However, EventPro may investigate, review, restrict, modify, or remove content or activity where it reasonably believes such action is necessary to enforce these Terms, protect the Services, comply with law, or prevent harm.
Where practicable, EventPro may provide notice before taking corrective action. Advance notice is not required where immediate action is reasonably necessary to address a security threat, unlawful conduct, suspected fraud, unauthorized automated access, or other material risk.
EventPro may preserve relevant account records, security records, transaction information, and other data for legitimate operational, security, dispute-resolution, or legal purposes, subject to applicable privacy and data protection requirements.
EventPro may disclose information where legally required or otherwise permitted under applicable law, including in connection with investigations, legal proceedings, fraud prevention, and protection of the rights and safety of EventPro and its Users.
Users acknowledge that providing the Services may involve electronic transmission and processing of information across multiple systems, networks, and service providers.
7.3 Automated Access, Data Scraping and Content Aggregation
7.3.1 Prohibition on Unauthorized Automated Access
Except where expressly authorized by EventPro in writing, permitted under Section 7.3.4, or otherwise protected by applicable law, Users and third parties must not directly or indirectly use automated technologies to access, monitor, collect, copy, extract, or download information from the Services.
Prohibited technologies include, without limitation:
a. Automated bots, spiders, web crawlers, and web scrapers;
b. Data-mining, extraction, or harvesting software;
c. Automated scripts, headless browsers, and browser automation tools;
d. Artificial intelligence agents and automated content-collection systems;
e. Automated API clients operating outside authorized access arrangements; and
f. Any substantially similar system designed to collect, monitor, or reproduce information from the Services without authorization.
These restrictions apply to the Site, Applications, APIs, subdomains, event listings, event management systems, entry management systems, and other components of the Services.
They apply regardless of whether information is publicly accessible, requires authentication, or is accessed through a technical interface.
7.3.2 Prohibition on Data Harvesting and Commercial Reuse
Without EventPro’s prior written authorization, Users and third parties must not:
a. Systematically extract, collect, reproduce, or aggregate event listings, event dates, venue information, ticket prices, ticket availability, event descriptions, organizer details, photographs, images, metadata, or other information made available through the Services;
b. Use information obtained from the Services to create, populate, supplement, maintain, or operate another event directory, event calendar, ticketing platform, listing service, event database, aggregation platform, or competing commercial service;
c. Copy, republish, redistribute, syndicate, sell, license, transfer, or otherwise commercially exploit datasets or content collected from the Services without authorization;
d. Use automated processes to monitor the Services for new events, event updates, pricing changes, inventory changes, or other information for incorporation into a third-party product or database;
e. Use extracted Site Content to train, fine-tune, populate, or develop artificial intelligence models, machine-learning datasets, or commercial data products without authorization;
f. Collect, harvest, or compile attendee information, customer records, organizer contact details, account information, or other personal data outside authorized functionality; or
g. Direct, commission, facilitate, or knowingly benefit from unauthorized extraction performed by an intermediary or third-party service on their behalf.
These restrictions apply whether the information is collected individually or in bulk, through automated or systematic manual processes, directly or through intermediaries.
Attribution, acknowledgement, or linking to EventPro does not by itself constitute authorization to harvest, reproduce, or commercially reuse Site Content.
7.3.3 Circumvention of Technical and Security Measures
Users and third parties must not bypass, evade, interfere with, or attempt to defeat security or access controls implemented by EventPro.
This includes, without limitation:
a. Circumventing rate limits, access restrictions, authentication systems, or API controls;
b. Evading CAPTCHA, bot-detection, or automated traffic-management systems;
c. Rotating IP addresses, using proxy infrastructure, or disguising request sources to avoid enforcement of access restrictions;
d. Misrepresenting crawler identities or user-agent information to obtain unauthorized access;
e. Creating or using multiple accounts or credentials to avoid restrictions; or
f. Continuing prohibited automated collection after receiving a denial of access, blocking notice, or other instruction to cease.
7.3.4 Permitted Search Engine Indexing and Authorized Integrations
Notwithstanding Sections 7.3.1 and 7.3.2, EventPro permits legitimate general-purpose web search engines that identify themselves accurately and comply with EventPro’s published crawler directives (including robots.txt) to crawl and index publicly accessible pages for the limited purpose of enabling users to discover EventPro content through search results, reasonable excerpts, previews, and links directing users to the Services.
This permission is subject to applicable technical restrictions, published crawler directives, and access controls.
It does not authorize systematic reproduction of EventPro event listings to populate an independent or substantially substitutive event directory, event calendar, listing service, ticketing service, or commercial content database, and it does not extend to any service that is not a general-purpose web search engine, including event aggregators, listing or directory services, price or availability monitors, and artificial-intelligence data-collection systems, regardless of how that service describes itself.
EventPro may separately authorize approved technology partners, third-party service providers, Hosts, developers, and integration partners to access specified information through written agreements or approved APIs.
Such authorization is limited to the purposes, systems, data, and access conditions expressly permitted by EventPro.
EventPro may amend, restrict, suspend, or revoke discretionary authorization in accordance with the relevant agreement and applicable law.
7.3.5 No Implied Permission
The absence of technical restrictions, authentication requirements, blocking measures, or explicit prohibitions in a robots.txt file does not independently grant authorization to engage in conduct prohibited by these Terms.
The availability of a publicly accessible page, event listing, software interface, or API endpoint does not itself constitute permission for unauthorized automated access or commercial data harvesting.
EventPro’s failure to immediately prevent or block unauthorized activity does not constitute approval or a waiver of its rights.
7.3.6 Rights of Hosts and Lawful Activities
Nothing in this Section transfers to EventPro ownership of content, facts, or other information that it does not otherwise own.
Hosts retain their independent rights to their own event information and promotional materials, including the right to distribute such materials through other channels by supplying those materials directly.
A Host may not authorize any third party to access, extract, or collect information from the Services by automated means. Permission from a Host, organizer, or any other User does not constitute authorization from EventPro under this Section.
Authorized use of EventPro’s built-in export, sharing, reporting, or integration functionality remains permitted within the scope of that functionality and any applicable agreement.
Nothing in these Terms restricts activity that cannot lawfully be prohibited, including rights or exceptions provided by applicable law.
7.3.7 Enforcement and Legal Remedies
EventPro reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of this Section and, where appropriate, take action including:
a. Blocking or limiting automated requests;
b. Applying rate limits, verification requirements, or access challenges;
c. Restricting or terminating access to affected websites, applications, accounts, or APIs;
d. Revoking previously granted integration permissions;
e. Issuing notices requiring unauthorized collection or use to cease;
f. Preserving relevant evidence and requesting the removal of unlawfully reproduced protected content; and
g. Requiring the person or entity responsible to stop all use of, permanently delete, and confirm in writing the deletion of, information obtained in breach of this Section; and
h. Seeking appropriate legal remedies, including injunctive relief, damages, and recovery of costs.
Unauthorized automated access, data harvesting, or circumvention in breach of this Section is a material breach of these Terms. Users acknowledge that such a breach may cause EventPro harm for which damages alone would not be an adequate remedy, and that EventPro is entitled to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in addition to any other remedy.
EventPro may take reasonable immediate technical measures without prior notice where necessary to protect the Services, Users, information security, or its legitimate commercial interests.
These enforcement rights are cumulative and do not limit other remedies available under these Terms or applicable law.
8. Subdomains
EventPro may provide Hosts with access to event-specific subdomains or other hosted pages.
EventPro retains ownership and administrative control over domains and subdomains forming part of its Services.
EventPro may determine their appearance, functionality, configuration, and permissible uses.
A Host’s permission to use a subdomain generally continues only while the relevant event remains active on the Services and the Host complies with applicable agreements and these Terms.
9. Referrals and Affiliate Programs
EventPro may offer Host referral programs or public affiliate marketing opportunities.
Participation in such programs is subject to the specific terms, eligibility requirements, compensation arrangements, and operating rules published or provided for the relevant program.
Those additional terms are incorporated into these Terms where applicable.
10. Additional Services
EventPro may provide additional services at its discretion, including:
a. Event marketing and promotional support;
b. Ticket scanning and related equipment rental;
c. On-site entry management and technical support;
d. Event setup and operational assistance;
e. Dedicated account management; and
f. Other professional or technology services agreed with a Host.
Additional fees and conditions may apply.
Where required, the scope, pricing, responsibilities, and other conditions of these Services will be established in a separate written agreement.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, additional Services remain subject to these Terms.
11. Service Modifications
EventPro continually develops and improves its technology and Services.
We may introduce, modify, replace, suspend, or discontinue particular features, Applications, integrations, or Services.
EventPro does not guarantee that every feature will remain available indefinitely.
Any modification affecting existing contractual commitments will be subject to applicable agreements and legal requirements.
Fees already earned or payable for Services previously provided are not automatically refundable solely because a feature is subsequently modified or discontinued, except where required by law or an applicable agreement.
12. Third-Party Services and Links
12.1 Third-Party Websites
The Services may include links to websites, applications, products, or services operated by third parties.
EventPro does not control those third parties and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, policies, or operations.
The inclusion of a link does not necessarily constitute EventPro’s endorsement of the linked service.
Users access third-party services subject to the applicable third-party terms and at their own discretion.
12.2 Linked Accounts
Certain functionality may permit Users to connect third-party accounts, including social media or other authorized services.
By enabling an integration, Users authorize EventPro to access, receive, process, display, or store information made available through that integration to the extent necessary to provide the requested functionality.
Such processing remains subject to applicable permissions, agreements, and privacy requirements.
13. Privacy and Customer Information
13.1 Privacy Policy
EventPro processes personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
The Privacy Policy forms part of the applicable terms governing the Services.
Users should review the current Privacy Policy at:
13.2 Attendee Information
EventPro operates a shared-access model for certain information submitted by Attendees in connection with events.
Information provided during registration or ticket purchases may be made available to the Host responsible for the relevant event, as explained in the Privacy Policy and subject to applicable law.
This may include names, contact information, relevant registration details, event attendance information, and other information necessary for event administration.
Payment Data, as defined in Section 13.3, is excluded.
EventPro may also process Attendee Information for its own legitimate purposes, including providing the Services, account management, customer support, marketing where lawfully permitted, and platform administration.
Hosts are independently responsible for their lawful handling of Attendee Information received through the Services, including compliance with applicable privacy, security, and data protection obligations.
Hosts must not collect, disclose, resell, or misuse Attendee Information outside the permissions granted through the Services and applicable law.
EventPro may delete, anonymize, restrict, or otherwise process Attendee Information in response to valid requests, applicable retention obligations, legal requirements, or authorized account-management actions.
Information previously transferred to a Host may remain in the Host’s independent systems. The Host is responsible for responding to applicable data protection obligations concerning those records.
For this Section, “Attendee Information” includes personal information submitted or generated in connection with an Attendee’s use of the Services, excluding Payment Data.
13.3 Payment Data
EventPro does not make full Payment Data available to Hosts through its ordinary event management functionality.
“Payment Data” means complete payment card numbers or payment account numbers and related expiration dates and security codes submitted for payment processing.
Payment processing may involve authorized payment processors and financial service providers operating under their own applicable security and contractual requirements.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
EventPro makes no guarantee that the Services will operate without interruption, error, delay, or security risk, or that every feature will always be available.
Except for warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded, EventPro disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
EventPro does not independently guarantee the accuracy, completeness, legality, quality, or suitability of event information, promotional materials, or other content supplied by Hosts or third parties.
EventPro is not responsible for representations made by third-party Hosts or advertisers, except to the extent responsibility arises under applicable law.
EventPro may correct or modify information, technical features, and published materials without guaranteeing continuous updates.
No informal advice or statement by EventPro personnel creates a warranty unless expressly incorporated into an authorized written agreement.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, EventPro and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, contractors, agents, suppliers, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Services.
This includes, where legally permissible, losses involving anticipated profits, business opportunities, revenue, business interruption, or data.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EventPro is not responsible for losses arising from:
a. Errors or inaccuracies in User-submitted or third-party content;
b. The conduct, omissions, or failures of Hosts or other Users;
c. Unauthorized access, malicious activity, or security incidents not resulting from a breach of a non-excludable duty owed by EventPro;
d. Service interruptions, network failures, or third-party technology failures;
e. Malware, malicious code, or other unauthorized interference introduced by third parties; or
f. Decisions made by Users in reliance on content supplied by third parties.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, EventPro’s total aggregate liability for claims relating to the Services will not exceed the total amount paid by the claimant to EventPro for the relevant Services during the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liabilities that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection, data protection, or other mandatory laws.
16. Suspension, Restriction and Termination
Users may discontinue use of the Services at any time, subject to outstanding contractual obligations and applicable account or transaction requirements.
EventPro may suspend, restrict, or terminate access where reasonably necessary, including where:
a. A User violates these Terms or an applicable agreement;
b. The Services are used for suspected fraud, unlawful activity, or unauthorized commercial exploitation;
c. An account or integration presents a security risk;
d. A User engages in unauthorized automated access, bot activity, scraping, data harvesting, API abuse, or circumvention of access controls;
e. Continued access may expose EventPro or other Users to legal, security, or operational harm; or
f. EventPro is otherwise entitled to take such action under an applicable agreement or law.
Where reasonably practicable and appropriate, EventPro may notify affected account holders using the contact information associated with their accounts.
However, EventPro may act without prior notice where immediate action is reasonably necessary to prevent unauthorized activity, security threats, fraud, interference with the Services, or other material harm.
Access restrictions may include account suspension, IP blocking, API credential revocation, automated traffic controls, or other proportionate technical measures.
Termination does not extinguish obligations or rights that accrued before termination, including outstanding payment obligations, applicable content restrictions, intellectual property protections, dispute-related obligations, and rights to pursue available legal remedies.
Sections 3.1, 6, 7.3, 14, 15, 16, 16A, 17, and 18, and any other provision that by its nature is intended to survive, survive any suspension, restriction, or termination of access.
16A. Indemnity
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless EventPro and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees and the costs of investigation and enforcement) arising from or relating to:
a. Your breach of these Terms, including Sections 3.1 and 7;
b. Your unauthorized access to, or automated collection, extraction, or reuse of information from, the Services, including access carried out on your behalf by any developer, contractor, agent, or service provider;
c. Your Content; or
d. Your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
This Section does not apply to the extent a loss is caused by EventPro’s own breach of these Terms or applicable law, and does not limit rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer protection law.
17. Waiver, Severability and Assignment
EventPro’s failure or delay in enforcing any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce that provision in the future.
If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.
Where legally appropriate, an unenforceable provision may be interpreted or modified to give effect to its lawful intended purpose as closely as possible.
Users may not assign their rights or obligations under these Terms without EventPro’s prior written consent.
EventPro may assign its rights and obligations to an affiliate, subsidiary, purchaser, or successor in connection with the Services, subject to applicable law.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any agreements expressly incorporated under Section 2.2, constitute the entire agreement between you and EventPro concerning the Services and supersede any prior understanding on the same subject matter. Where a separate written agreement signed by EventPro conflicts with these Terms, that agreement prevails to the extent of the conflict.
17.1 Notices
EventPro may give notices under these Terms by email to the address associated with an account, by email or letter to any address reasonably associated with a person or business, by publication on the Site, or by on-screen or technical notice. Notices to EventPro must be sent to [email protected] or to the registered office stated in Section 1.1.
18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Cayman Islands, without regard to conflicting choice-of-law rules.
Subject to any mandatory jurisdictional rights applicable to a particular claim or User, the courts of the Cayman Islands have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services.
Nothing in this Section prevents EventPro from seeking injunctive or other urgent relief, or enforcing a judgment, in any court of competent jurisdiction, including where the person or entity responsible for a breach is located.
The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to these Terms.
19. Data Protection and Regulatory Compliance
EventPro recognizes its obligations under the Cayman Islands Data Protection Act and other applicable privacy and data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable.
Our approach includes the following principles.
19.1 Transparency and Consent
EventPro provides information about how personal data is collected, used, shared, and retained through its Privacy Policy and related notices.
