In light of the Cayman Islands Government’s Recommendation to cease public gatherings to avoid the spread of COVID-19, many local events have been forced to postpone.
This is in response to confirmed Coronavirus (COVID-19) cases in the region and a proactive effort to keep the islands safe.
For those events that have been postponed and you have recieved notice that refunds are available, requests must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org the subject line including the event name and “Refund” to be considered and avoid any delays.
Refunds will be processed in 3-7 days and appear back in your account thereafter based on the processing time in place by your card’s issuing bank.
