Within this natural, unique ecosystem, you’ll savor the range of Dom Pérignon champagnes—vintage 2012 from magnums, Dom Pérignon “P2” 2004, and Dom Pérignon Rose 2009—while surrounded by stunning natural beauty and intimate ambiance. Ultra-luxurious small plates will be paired with the wines, creating a once-in-a-lifetime gastronomic event.

1. How do we get there? We’ll cruise across North Sound from Camana Bay with glasses of Dom Pérignon, then a short bus ride to the caves. After the event, we’ll return you the same way to Camana Bay, while sipping Dom Pérignon under the stars.
2. Is this a dinner or a party? Exceptional plates will be served so we can enjoy Dom Pérignon champagnes to their fullest gastronomic heights, though it won’t be a sit-down dinner service.
3. What do I wear? Is there such a thing as “cave couture”? We’ll be inside the caves but still outside, so wear comfortable, non-slip shoes.
4. Aren’t there bats in the cave? Yes, there certainly are! This is a natural ecosystem, which makes it that much more memorable. But have no fear, the tiny bats aren’t interested in us. Once the sun sets and the bats exit the cave, we will head back to Camana Bay.
5. Can I buy the wines? Yes, of course! We will offer guests the opportunity to purchase the wines at a very favorable price and have them delivered to their homes.
6. What if it rains? If we have inclement weather on the day of the event, the event will be rescheduled.
7. What about mosquitos? At this time of year, and in the caves mosquitos won’t be an issue, but you might like to wear a little UNSCENTED bug spray.
