• Booking Timeline:
  • All bookings must be made at least 72 hours in advance using the booking link.
  • Last-minute bookings (within 72 hours) are subject to a $125 fee and must be paid in full.
  • Graphics for video must be received within 72 hours before the event.
• Inclusions:
  • All bookings include stanchions and a prop table.
  • Custom-themed props are available at an additional cost.
• Payment Terms:
  • A 50% deposit is required to secure the booking date.
  • The remaining balance is due the day before the event.
