Thank you for choosing EventPro for your 360 Camera Booth experience. Your booking is pending until we receive a 50% deposit or for a maximum of 48 hours.
If payment is not received within this 48-hour period, your booking will be automatically canceled, and you will need to rebook.

ORBIT 360 Booth Terms & Conditions
No Jumping: Feet must remain still at all times.
Remain on the 360 Booth: Stay on the platform until it has completely stopped spinning.
Feet on Platform: Keep your feet on the platform at all times, not over the edge.
Intoxicated Persons: EventPro reserves the right to deny service to intoxicated persons.
Personal Injury Liability Waiver
As the client booking the ORBIT 360 Video Booth by EventPro Event Services (hereafter referred to as “360 Booth”), you acknowledge and accept the potential risk of personal injury in the use of the 360 Booth by yourself and any guests you invite to the event.
In consideration of EventPro Event Services allowing you and your guests to utilize the 360 Booth, you agree to assume the risk of personal injury and to hold harmless EventPro Event Services, its employees, and owners, individually, from any and all liability claims, damages, losses, or causes of action that may occur while using the 360 Booth or its equipment. This includes any negligence on the part of the owners, employees, or EventPro Event Services, as well as losses arising from theft or any other reason whatsoever.
If a guest is a minor, you, as the client, hereby grant permission for the minor to use the 360 Booth and its facilities.
EventPro Event Services reserves the right to refuse service to any patron, including you or your guests, at any time for any reason.
Image Release
By booking and participating in the ORBIT 360 Video Booth, you and your guests agree to be photographed and/or filmed. Participation implies consent to the capture of images in photographs/footage by EventPro Event Services.
You understand that participation is voluntary, and consent may be withdrawn by choosing not to participate. EventPro Event Services may process (or authorize the processing of) photographs and recorded footage for marketing purposes. EventPro Event Services holds the license to the image/film captured during participation.
By confirming this booking, you confirm that you are aged 16 or over. If you are the legal guardian of a child under this age, you agree to these terms on their behalf and on behalf of any minor guests.
Confirmation of Agreement
By proceeding with your booking and making the required payment, you acknowledge and agree to all the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement on behalf of yourself and any guests you invite to your event.
This agreement is legally binding upon payment and acceptance of these terms by the client and extends to all guests invited by the client.
